Required Alarm.com Monitoring for (1) Flex IO Cellular Contact (monthly, per contact)
- $10 per contact, per month, for cloud based management.
- Service is required to manage the unit; can NOT be cancelled in the winter.
- Service for (1) contact, per month.
- Does not require internet connection at the service location.

Stand alone weatherproofed sensor that can be attached to a door, gate, or almost anything that opens and closes. The first sensor of its kind.
This device uses cellular LTE-M, allowing it to communicate alerts to Alarm.com from almost anywhere that a cellular signal is available. With optional magnetic loops (in lengths of up to 70 feet) the Flex IO can also be used to secure expensive equipment such as riding mowers, motorcycles, or boats.
It can be incorporated into your home’s existing Alarm.com System, or even used as a simple stand alone alarm on the front door of a vacation home. The possibiliteies are endless.
