Hikvision NVR - Help

If you will be the primary person for the security camera access here is what you need to do. 

1. download the hik-connect (for end user) smartphone app
   https://appstore.hikvision.com/
   
2. register for an account in the app
   
3. in the app, click the "add device" icon, then scan the attached QR code. 

Anyone else who gets access will need to:

1. download and install the app
2. register for their own account
3. the primary user will need to "share the device" in your app with their phone number or email if the user is not present. If the additional user is present, you can "share through QR code"
